Cassie lives and grew up in the DFW area. She began as a self-taught artist after painting a ceiling tile for her middle school art class. Later she was mentored by some great artists including Dale Bedford, Mary Kay Krell, and Lowell Spears through her teenage years. Cassie is an award winning artist with many accolades. She has been teaching art classes at local studios since 2013. Cassie's mediums are acrylic, oil, and soft pastels. She loves all projects from portraits to murals to classes. Cassie is known for excellent classes. She also enjoys face painting and excels in pet portraits. Cassie has an amazing eye. We are so happy to have her as a part of our team!
Yahaira Arneros is a full time student at the University of Texas as Arlington. She is currently pursuing a double major in International Business and French. Along with her French proficiency, Yahaira speaks Spanish, English and a little bit of Russian. She has loved art and actively painted since childhood. Her fun and bubbly personality makes it easy for everyone to have a blast when she's teaching a class or party. We are truly blessed to have her as one of our amazing artist instructors!
Lindsey has always had a passion for creativity, art and having fun. She loves children (she has 4 of her own) and has been a children's entertainer since 2008. She has performed at thousands of events and parties over the years with balloon animals, face painting and magic. She even teaches balloon twisting workshops at conventions across the country. Her love of face painting led her to painting on anything from canvas, to windows, shoes, pumpkins and more. She loves working at Pickled Picasso where she can help people create their own piece of art and have fun doing it. Lindsey loves to laugh and to have fun while teaching and hopes to see you in class soon!
Katerina (Katie) Orgunov has a professional art education reaching back to early childhood, and loves to work with a variety of mediums from acrylics to graphite to oil. Her love of painting shows itself in her teaching. She loves working with adults and children alike to spread the joy of creating a beautiful painting. Lori taught in the Texas public schools for 23 years until retiring in 2012. She loves painting and teaching art, especially to kids! Lori has been teaching acrylic painting classes for 2 1/2 years and is very passionate about it. Her favorite subjects are animals and seascapes.
